First of all, what is a Matcha?

Matcha helps burn calories, detoxifies the body effectively and naturally calms the mind and relaxes the body.

Matcha is rich in fiber, chlorophyll, and vitamins. It Enhances mood and aids in concentration. It provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium. Matcha helps to prevent disease, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar. It gives a great energy boost without the jitters (one serving contains roughly 68mg of caffeine)
