Chi Fit Matcha Green Tea  Ceremonial Grade contains 40g of the finest naturally powerful Matcha powder. We at Chi fit tea hope you enjoy the taste, health and fitness benefits as much as we do!

Tea Instructions: Add 3g (1 teaspoon) of powder to a small amount of hot water to your bowl or cup and whisk in an up and down direction until you see a white foam on top of your matcha adding more hot water if needed or you can also add sweetener or steamed milk into the cup. Enjoy!
